Black lives matter—and Occasionalish is proud to stand in support of Black people and Black rights. This pin was created in collaboration with Thais Together, a community of Thai-American artists and voices. We stand in solidarity with the movement for Black lives.

100% of the net proceeds from this pin will be donated to a Black arts organization because art is essential in strengthening communities and giving hope in the most joyous and challenging of times.

In May, when George Floyd's death triggered increasing discussions about the BLM movement, we realized that there was an opportunity to engage the Thai community in the human rights and social justice issues that are important to us.

@ThaisTogether began as a way to share an open letter to the Thai community in support of the #blacklivesmatter movement. It has evolved into a community that’s proud of its Thai roots, appreciates its diverse experiences, and most importantly, is committed to building a more just society.
