Why doesn't my discount code work?
There might be a few reasons — first make sure the code is spelled correctly. Secondly, some codes have conditions for use; for example, discount codes don't work with any items that are in the good cause collection. Also, discounts will not work with (most) discounted items.

What if I want to order multiple gift boxes to be delivered to different addresses?
At the moment, gift boxes will only be shipped to one address per transaction, so if you'd like to purchase more than one gift box to be sent to different locations, please make separate transactions, or email us!
What return shipping address will be printed on the shipping label?
The Occasionalish store address will be printed on the shipping label as the return address/sender.
How does the recipient know who sent a gift box?
Enter your name you enter in the gift message, and it will be hand written on the front of the box.
How much does domestic shipping cost?
$4 flat rate shipping for anything less than 1 lb (the majority of orders will be less than 1 lb)
Free U.S. Shipping on orders $35+
Does Occasionalish ship internationally?
Yes — $13 flat rate shipping for anything less than 1 lb, via USPS first class international.
When and how will my order be shipped?
Your order will be mailed out within 1-3 business days. We ship all orders out from northern California using USPS.
My package is taking too long to be delivered!
Once a package is shipped out, it enters the hands of USPS, and we are unable to personally expedite the delivery schedule. But let us know, and we will reach out to the carrier and try to get an update for you!
My items arrived damaged!
We don't like it when your items arrive in a less than perfect condition! If your items arrive damaged, we will submit a claim with the shipper and try to get you a refund or send the same item again if you prefer. This process can take some time, so we appreciate your patience. The best way is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item ready!
Can I return my items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items.
My package is lost.
If the recipient address you provided is correct and it has been over 15 days for domestic and 30 days for international and the package isn't arrived, the package is most likely lost. Once a package is shipped out, it enters the hands of USPS and we are not responsible for a lost package. Please reach out to USPS with the tracking number you are provided. You may also reach out to us and we will try our best to reach out to USPS for you.
